Six years of strategic innovation programs – what can we learn?
On April 25, the Swedish Energy Agency, Formas and Vinnova invite you to a seminar focusing on the most important conclusions after impact evaluations of 17 strategic innovation programs.
The evaluators Tomas Åström and Erik Arnold from Technopolis Group present conclusions and recommendations from the report: Meta-evaluation of the Swedish Strategic Innovation Programmes.
The conclusions are discussed in the light of current and future needs for policy development. An important part of the assignment to the evaluators has been to aim at how instruments similar to the strategic innovation programs could be developed to better meet current societal challenges and the need for change and system innovation.
The report’s conclusions are commented on by a panel of international experts in the field of research and innovation policy.
