Impact Innovations Day in Almedalen

Meet us in Almedalen. June 26th is Impact Innovations Day with seminars, workshops and mingling in the Garden of the Future. Take the opportunity to be inspired and challenged. Together we raise current and pressing questions about innovation collaborations in unpredictable times. Meet the five programs that are now in full swing to transform Sweden.

  • Date and time: June 26 at 13.00-18.00
  • Location: Framtidens trädgården, Klosterbrunnsgatan 5, Visby. All seminars are webcast.
  • Registration: The seminars are open. Registration is required for the workshop at 3:00 PM and mingle at 4:30 PM

Seminar: A mission to the moon – why it is necessary to do the impossible

  • 13.00 – 13.25: The artist Mikael Genberg is well on his way to place a red miniature cabin on the moon. What does it take to make the impossible possible?

Seminar: In an unpredictable world, how does Sweden navigate its innovation collaborations?

  • 13.40–14.10: SustainGov and Net Zero industry

Seminar: The hunt for talent – how Sweden becomes the world’s best at system transformation

  • 14.20– 14:50: ShiftSweden, Water Wise Societies and Swedish Metals and Minerals
  • Moderator: Joakim Skog, Vinnova

Workshop: Paths to the mission – join and contribute to the programs’ missions

  • At 15-16.30: The artist Mikael Genberg will initiate the workshop with insights and reflections from the project to place a red cabin on the moon.
  • The programs invite conversations about current issues with aim of finding creative solutions and ways forward.
